The Hen Do Planner
Organising a hen do? This 22-page A4 printable from Fernbrook Guides is written for the maid of honour, bridesmaid or friend in charge, and keeps the bride's wishes, the group, the money and the weekend plan in one place.
It opens with a bride's brief (simple dot scales for relaxed or lively, day or weekend, surprise or in the loop, plus must-haves and absolute no's) and a planning timeline from six months out to the thank-yous. A date poll and a guest list with contacts get everyone on board. The budget-per-head calculator, with a worked example in pounds, shows how to split shared costs fairly, including when the group covers the bride's share, and a deposits and payments tracker records who has paid what and by when. A venue and activity comparison, travel and accommodation page, three-day itinerary, games and activity planner, and a 'how well do you know the bride?' quiz builder plan the fun. A kitty and expenses log, dietary and access needs page, packing lists for organiser and guests, a safety and emergency contacts page (meeting points, buddying up, getting home, UK 999/112 numbers), a surprise checklist, supplier contacts, a thank-you and wrap-up page and notes finish the set.
